1. Shipping and handling rates may change based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations.
2. Domestic: 3-5 business days in urban regions within India, once shipped. (This region consists of cities and towns in India that are served by major courier companies and Indian postal service)
3. 5-10 business days for rest of India, once shipped. (This consists of regions that are only served by Indian Postal Service and regional courier companies)
4. International: Currently, we do not have international shipping available. However, you can contact us so that we can make arrangements. 
5. The above-mentioned days are an approximation, which depends on third-party logistics. Klik Gifting Solutions is not to be held liable for delay in case of unavoidable circumstances like strikes and national calamities.
6. Order deliveries will be made between 7 am-9 pm, Monday-Saturday
7. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and customers will know about this before making payments.
8. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days.
9. If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place.
10. You or your nominated representative may be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery.
11. You agree to give us as much detail as possible about particular features of the Delivery Address to ensure delivery can take place.
12. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. Your order status is updated to you via emails.

While we will try our best to reach your package to you as soon as we can, given the changing dynamics of the lockdown/containment zones due to Covid-19, we will be unable to commit a delivery date in such times. Your patience during this time will be truly appreciated.
